An evening celebrating the magestic White Lion, hosted by internationally recognised animal communicator, Wynter Worsthorne and award winning wildlife photographer, Karen Jane Dudley, is set to take place at 7pm on 12 March 2010 at the Steyning Centre in West Sussex. It will aim to raise funds for a Zebra stallion to join an existing female herd in Tsau.
The evening will consist of a screening of National Geographic's, "Return of the White Lion" documentary, as well as a live link-up to Linda Tucker at the GWLPT's Tsau headquarters in South Africa.
Wynter Worsthorne will give a short talk about inter-species communication and the role this has played in the project, with a focus on how working holistically with science and nature can ensure great success when working in a natural environment.
Limited edition prints, books and CDs will also be available for purchase on the evening with all proceeds going toward the GWLPT.
Tickets cost £10 per person. For more information about the event, please contact Karen-Jane Dudley on 077677441370 or email isleofwight@whitelions.org

"I'm very proud to be supporting the Global White Lion Protection Trust. There is nothing more important for an animal than being in its natural habitat and the charity does an unbelievable job ensuring that this is possible for the white lions. They are extraordinary, beautiful creatures and I feel passionate about ensuring their conservation."
